I get dizzy spells, sometimes just out of the blue, like at work if I start to work fast I may get one, sitting down playing cards I may get one. I was just at the store shopping I started to feel funny and I got one. I went to my car if I moved my head I was dizzy if I sit still I was Pk
As per your query you have regular bouts of dizziness it is also known as vertigo . Well there can be many reasons for vertigo like benign paroxysmal positional vertigo , meniere's disease , labyrinthitis , migrain , head injury or stroke . I would suggest you to consult ENT specialist for proper diagnosis . Doctor will take history , examine ear with otoscope , order CT scan , posturography and balancing tests to confirm the diagnosis . Doctor may prescribe sedative , antiemetic drugs and certain device like hearing aid . Doctor may also refer you to cardiologist or neurologist . For now avoid bending forward , do light exercise and drink green tea thrice a day .
