What Causes Sudden Dizziness?
I have been experiencing episodes where I suddenly become very dizzy. I feel like I am spinning or about to fall. I also get this feeling like everything drops. I thought it might be my blood pressure, but everytime it has occurred, my heart rate and blood pressure have been perfect. I have also noticed over the last year, my short term memory is to the point of embarrassing.

First you need some blood tests done. You may be anemic or have a problem with blood cells or electrolytes. You will also need an EKG to make sure that your heart rhythm is normal. If these are normal it may be an inner ear problem. See a doctor soon.
