Hi, Welcome to Health care magic forum. As you describe, you have the dizziness, due to the pre menopause, hypertension, diabetes, anemia, or infection of the internal ear etc. I advise you to consult a physician for diagnosis and treatment. I usually prescribe to my patient with suchsymptoms ranitidine, and cinnerzine, till he gets the diagnosis. Take more of green leafy vegetables, pulses, sprouts, and protein rich foods. wishing for a quick and complete recovery. Thank you.
