What Causes Sudden Drop In PSA Levels Along With Enlarged Prostrate Gland?

I have an enlarge prostate since approximately 2008, when my PSA was 1.8. In 2010 PSA increased to 3.5. In 2012 it was 4.2. In October 2014 PSA was 5.6, and positive biopsy showed that I have prostate cancer with gleason score 3+3=6. I decided to do green laser therapy (in January, 2015) to increase my narrow urethra, following by radiation therapy (because I have a mesh through all my bowel after bilateral hernia laproscopic surgery). A pre-laser test in December 2014 showed PSA already 8.6, which confirmed my decision to do radiation therapy. After two month after laser procedure, on March 3, 2015 I had a consultation in cancer center with a radiologist. On March 11, 2015 two markers were installed in my prostate for radiation treatment. On March 23 I did one more test for PSA, and on March 24 I had a CT simulation prior to starting radiation. My radiation treatment will start on April 1, 2015, but today I received results of my last PSA test performed on March 23. My PSA dropped to 3.75 ! Is it possible that during green laser therapy some portion of cancer cells was also burned out? Or what could be another reason that my PSA dropped (antibiotic on the day of installing markers? vitamins, which I take now each day to increase immunity? And main question - should I do radiation therapy, or cancel it, because my PSA dropped to 3.75? Thank you, Valery Gatallin
