What Causes Sudden Dull Pain In Hand And Wrist?
My right hand and wrist recently started hurting. Out of nowhere I started experiencing a dull pain whenever I would use my right hand. It almost feels like carpal tunnel, but I haven t had any problems at all until yesterday around noon. Any thoughts to what it might be?

It may be due to strain or sudden jerk. You can take Tab Ibuprofen 400 mg for pain. Locally you can apply diclofenac gel and cold packs for relief. Kindly consult with an orthopedic doctor if not relieved.
