What Causes Sudden Episode Of Dizziness?

Unexplained dizziness upon rising this morning. Has lessened a little in the last three hours. But persists. I check my blood pressure it is 134/80. Also three hours ago I checked my blood sugar and it was 105 . I did a stroke test, smile, speak, stuck out tongue, balance. All normal. I am not diabetic or have high blood pressure. I have these machines to just periodically check myself. I have some coffee with honey in it so far. Had some toast. And 32 of water. I am 64 years old and in relatively good shape and About 10 pounds overweight.

General & Family Physician 's  Response
all the parameteres you mentioned in this are absolutely fine but unexplained dizziness can be sue ti low blood sugars but your RBS is 105 so its ok
it can be due to low hemoglobin levels
low iron levels
it can be due to neurological symptoms
it can be due to many reasons
my advice to you is give all your biochemistry tests which can give us an idea about your diagnosis
hope you will recover soon
