What Causes Sudden Episode Of Sweating,nausea And Dizziness?

Husband Got Hot, started to sweat , started to feel nausea, got dizzy ,Blurred Vision .Started to rift said he could have laid down and just fell asleep . Never happened before no known problems. It passed and he seems fine today Should it be a concern
