Vertigo is a condition where the patients feel giddiness or dizziness, loses balance. It can be the only sign present or can be associated with nausea, vomiting, ringing sound in ears. Inner ear plays a vital role in maintaining body balance. Vertigo can occur when there is fluid collection in the inner ear. When patient change their body position, inner ear structures can move a little causing loss of balance and vertigo can occur. Benign Positional Paroxysmal vertigo may be possible in your case since no other symptoms are involved. Certain positions and maneuvers are available to control the symptoms. Kindly visit your physician to confirm the same.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
