General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

Antacid Is not responsible for your fainting.
You underwent 3 vessel block heart surgery, maybe ischemia or Postural hypotension may be the cause.
Then you said mild pain right side hip pain -may be renal or ureteric calculi.
Better do ECG/ECHO/US abdomen KUB.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
