What Causes Sudden Fainting Spell In A Child?
GRAndson son, 13, fainted twice at dentist today - now hes home asleep. he never sleeps during the day. should my daughter keep him lying down for a couple of days so he doesn t faint again and hit head ? elevated legs ? what about Gatorade - would that help ? what should my daughter do to help him. I know hes very weak and probably will be for a couple days.

It can be an absent seizure. Other causes also have to be ruled out.
Consult a pediatric neurologist and get evaluated.
An MRI brain might be required for further assessment.
