What Causes Sudden Feel Of Burning Sensation In Lower Back And Body?

Ten years back the first time I encountered this. I was sleeping at my home and I got a call stating my father is serious, a sudden surge of burning sensation starting from my lower back spread throughout my body. I felt as if I am helpless and got somekind of fear. What is it? Why it happened to me alone and not others in my family? Now today I still have this, all of a sudden it occurs the burning sensation and mood getting low with a fear of uncertainty. I was told by my doctor as anxiety. But I feel medicines bring in behavioural changes, I become a bad man. Is it not curable without medicines? Please help.

Hello. It is certainly a symptom of panic attack secondary to sudden anxiety attack. Medicine can help u . It has nothing to do with your behaviour . Try to calm down yourself by taking in deep breaths , go for a walk , talk to a close family member or friend who can give you courage. Try to do which gives you pleasure and happiness. If u can contact a psychologist, it would be great. Psychotherapy helps more than anything else. Hope that answer the question. Thanks
