Dear , This is Dr. S.Tomar from Healthcaremagic.com's medical team and I will be your medical advisor for this question. Thank you for sharing your concern with us and showing trust on us. Stress is itself a major cause which can precipitate accelerated heart beats . You should avoid coffee as it also can increase your heart beats . I would suggest you to practice yoga , deep breathing exercises to make yourself relaxed . Follow a healthy life style which includes daily exercise , a healthy diet full of vegetables and fruits and 7 hour sleep every night , if you are on any medicine then take your prescribed medicines regularly . You should get your thyroid hormones checked as sometimes hyperthyroid state can cause such manifestations as well .
I wish you good health. This is my initial response and feel free to contact if you need any further clarification . Thank you for your question and feel free to contact us further for any query or follow up. sincerely, DR.S.TOMAR
