What Causes Sudden Green Oily Discharge From Anus?
I have had a sudden green oily discharge from My anus the last couple of days. This happened with a barely felt fart to realising I have soiled myself. The initial wipe is a lime green followed by heavy mushy stools. And the discharge is pretty difficult to clean, needs soap and water for a complete clean.my doctor said could be inflammation or fistula. I am terrified of having fistula. Please advice

The discharge per anum could be because of infection,polyp or fistula?if any of these is not treated on time ,may cause more harm.I would suggest get checked by general surgeon and discuss further about if you may need colonoscopy,stool test or rectal examination.
