What Causes Sudden Head Pressure While Lying Down On The Abdomen?

hi, for the last 8 months every time I lay on my son bed to read him a book I lay on my belly leaning on my elbows. by doing this I get sudden pressure in my head that lasts for about a minute.. it s so intense I normally close my eyes and I can hear my pulse in my ears

This is due to the throbbing headache, which can be due to the frontal sinusitis. so that when you lean forwards , the collection comes in front and starts aching.Do a X-ray of the paranasal sinuses
