What Causes Sudden Headache Along With Nausea And Numbness In The Arms?

my son 36 had an episode that really scared him & his family. He was at work and started getting a bad headache sudden onset with nausea He was driving home started getting numbness & tingling in both arms and was yawning frequently unable to stop. I thought maybe he was having a TIA He went to ER and left still having a head ache and nausea & feeling bad

Could be migraine. Take Naproxen tablet and Vasograin tablet. Take CT brain to rule out abnormality in brain, like sub-arachnoid hemorrhage.
