What Causes Sudden Headache, Photophobia And Severe Anger?
I had a headache, photophobia, sudden anger and irritability for 11 days. I then suddenly felt myself feeling like I was melting and loosing consciousness. I wasn’t able to talk or move. My mind was alert but I could not move or talk. Taken to ER in 1 hour. MRI and MRA done. All normal. Blood tests done all normal. Once in ER was able to talk slurred speech and very slow. Movements even on both sides of body. Very very weak. I felt myself telling my body to move and it would take a long time to respond. Blood pressure elevated in ER. I was dizzy, had blurry vision. Cried without warning. Then calm. I couldn’t control my emotional behavior. Able to follow commands of doctors slowly. This ER visit happened two days ago. I’m home and can think normal just occasionally feel slow in movements. Fall asleep in conversation. Very tired. Have history of sleep apnea, right leg has restless leg syndrome when resting. While resting I am aware of my hands being numb. I’m not laying on them. I smoked 20 years and weeks before all this I took chantix for 12 days and quit smoking. I had been off chantix for 9 days when I was at the ER. I wasn’t diagnosed with anything. I’m wondering what happened. It was strange and scary.
