What Causes Sudden Headache, Weakness And Shivering?
My eighty year old husband had a sudden headache about an hour ago. He had weakness and chills with visible shaking. We live in the desert and the temperature inside the house is 85 degrees. He complained of hurting all over as if he had the flu, but the symptoms were so sudden. He is now asleep in his recliner, covered by a blanket. What could this possibly be? Do I need to be on the alert to call paramedics if his condition does not improve?
"As"per your clinical history is concerned please follow like this -
1)Do check his body temperature every 6 hours and record it, if body temperature is high then discuss with your doctor about [paracetamol]. Do check his [complete blood count and para check]to rule out possible infections and take specific medications as per reports only.
2)Do sponge in cool water areas like your armpits, feet, hands and groin to reduce the temperature.
Hope that helps
