What Causes Sudden Heart Beats?
I was just looking out of the window, and then all of a sudden my heart started beating for 20 seconds and then I felt pain in my chest. Y did this happen? Is that normal?

I would explain that your symptoms could be related to a panic attack.
Anyway, I would recommend going to the ER for a physical exam and some tests:
-a resting ECG and cardiac enzymes
- complete blood count and blood electrolytes
- fasting glucose.
