Detailed Answer:
Hello
After going through the medical history provided by you I would like to tell you that the symptoms of your daughter seems more of psychological rather than cardiac.
Stress, panic attacks, anxiety are the most common and most frequent cause of palpitations in youngsters specially girls.
Regarding precordial catch you need to take care about her sitting posture, watch her and guide her to sit proper upright as improper posture trigger pain.
In my opinion it's advisable to take help of a psychiatrist as well as neurologist for evaluation and management plan.
I hope this information will be helpful.
Kind Regards

Thank you very much for a very straight forward answer. Even before I consulted a cardiologist, I made sure that she was seen by a social worker, psychiatrist, nuerologist, neurosurgeon, and psychologist. I will do what you have advised regarding her posture and again, thank you so much for your time and advise.
