What Causes Sudden Heavy Menstruation While Having Irregular Periods?
My maidservant is 40yrs with history of irregular period past one year now having heavy bleeding past 15 days or so with clots ,she saw a gynaecologist who prescribed her Duoloton L n suggested hysterectomy as there are fibroids however bleeding has reduced but still continuing ...patient doesn t want hysterectomy n only medical approach..kindly advice.

(2)other progesterone related treated
(3)medications called gonadtrophin releasing hormone agonist
