Hi there
Yes your heart rate us high but your Bp is at upper borderline range. before starting on any meds for bp I suggest you to adopt few lifestyle changes like low salt diet, limit your fluid intake to 1.5 ltrs per day, start vigrous morning walks for 45 mins a day 5 days a week and get a bilateral renal artery doppler study done to rule out any renal artery stenosis that can give you frequent episode of high BP.
Good Luck ☺
