What Causes Sudden Hot Flashes In Neck & Face?

i just sat down and drank about 1/4 of a warm coke and my neck and face radiated a huge amount of like body heat and then i felt dizzy sorta nausia for a few seconds. seems ok now that ive gotten up. never experienced anything like the heat though. it was very hot in the face. leave me alone, dont have any funds right now.
