What Causes Sudden Immobility In The Legs During Pregnancy?

My 30 year old niece who is pregnant suddenly started dragging one of her legs & was told it was due to hormone changes in pregnancy. She had a C section at 11:49 this AM but didn t come out of surgery until 4:08 PM & was told she may never get leg back to normal. What are possibilities as to what s going on?

Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

You can take Tramadol and Paracetamol combination 2 times a day for 5 days. Take Omeprazole twice a day for 5 days. Do physiotherapy which is helpful for you and consult your doctor if the problem is not resolved.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
