What Causes Sudden Indentation In Right Hip Muscle After Having Steroid Shot?
I have had a sudden indentataion in my right hip muscle and am wondering the cause. This happened once before when I had a steroid shot. It eventually filled in but this time I did not have a shot nor am I on any medication. I am worried. The spot is almost as big as my fist. There is no problems with my other hip.

With no problem with the joint movements, it seems to be due to weight loss Where fat deposition is exhausted. Keep on exercising. Have good serving of fruits, salads, dry fruits, proteins in diet.
