What Causes Sudden Intermittent Abdominal Pain At 24 Weeks Of Pregnancy?

hi i m Tnna . I m 24 weeks pregnant .for few days i m feeling some abdominal pain which suddenly comes and goes.but urine test report says that there is no urine infection.so my doctor gave me the medicines : microgest 100mg, kilbac 250 mg, Viscelargin.The ULTRASOUND report says, the fetus is in the posterior wall away from uterus.Is everything OK?

It is common to have such pains in pregnancy and will be gone soon.
These are apt medicines and will make you feel better.
