General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello dear
I understand your concern
Your symptoms could be due to anxiety, heart problem like arrhythmia and pulmonary cause
I would suggest to consult the primary care physician and undergo routine blood tests, chest X ray Electrocardiogram, 2D echo, stress test and holter monitoring if required.
If all the tests will come normally then nothing to worry about the cause.
Meanwhile avoid stress, take proper rest, do regular exercise like walking and meditation.
Hope this may help you
