What Causes Sudden Joints Pain?

My joints have suddenly begun aching so much that movement is impeded. I had a run in with gout( first time ever) and noticed that when I took the prescribed antibiotics, the aching stopped. It leads me to believe that there is some kind of inflammatory cause.

Hi,

Sudden onset of joint pain with inflammation & redness can be due to gout (collection of uric acid crystals in or around joint). Does get relief with anti-inflammatory drugs.

Overuse or stress to joints with weak bones&joints due to calcium, vitamin D deficiencies. Though you have relief, need to get a consultation of an orthopedic doctor. Get investigated if needful to know the cause & start with preventive lifestyle & medication is advisable.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
