What Causes Sudden Light Headedness, Sweating And Tiredness?
I was sitting in a rocking chair slowly rocking when all of a sudden, I got light headed like I was going to pass out or throw up then went into a cold sweat took me about 30/40 mins to shake it now I feel sluggish and tired. I was wondering what caused it. I panicked when it happened.
Hello and welcome to HCM, Feeling light headed, vomiting and cold sweats are suggestive of migraine. Migraine is a type of headache preceded and accompanied by aura. The migraine is characterized by severe headache and as the headache is relieved there is phase of sluggishness. The symptoms mentioned by you are quite similar to that of migraine. I suggest you to consult a physician for clinical assessment, relevant investigations, diagnosis and thus management.
Thanks and take care Dr Shailja Puri
