What Causes Sudden Loss Of Hearing?
Sitting in an office and suddenly my left ear began to lose hearing, sort of like a wax build up. This usually goes away, but this time it has continued to an extreme. I ve heard tinging in my ear that progressed to a high steady pitch and a feeling of pressure building. This is over a 1 hour period.

Have you had any ear infection recently? Or been to a zone of different pressure. If yes then that could be the cause of it and needs to be checked.
