What Causes Sudden Loss Of Vision And Tingling In Both Legs In Children?

My 13 year old son experinced right eye vision loss suddenly while in class Friday morning followed by periferal eye loss to both.dilated pupils, tingling to both legs shakey hands.vital signs normal. He was taken to ER diagnosed with dry eye syndrome.he has always been healthy. Takes no meds.felt fine before this happened. Had real bad headache behind left eye after it was over

what ever may be there should be complete eye checkup of your son. fundus examination, measurement of iot and field tracing may be done.after assessing all condition can arrive at diagnosis. if dry eye syndrome is diagnosed then apply refresh eye tear drop.can consult retina surgeon.
