Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

I suggest you monitor your blood pressure for some days and to take regularly your medications. You can see your blood pressure in the morning before taking medication and based on that you can low or add your doses of medications. If your blood pressure is low before taking medications, I suggest not to take the medication at that moment but to see a few hours. Later again check your blood pressure and if its high, then take your medication.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Anila Skenderi
