should i be concerned with getting sudden nosebleeds. I never usually get them. Last night I had one and a large blood clot came out. I had another bleed about 20 minutes ago. It s just on one side. I have also had a slight headache for about 2 days. I have cut out soda and haven t had caffeine since about last saturday.

Hi Thanks for the query. I understand your concern Nasal bleed with head ache can be due to various causes... mainly causing dryness of nasal mucus membrane or breaking small nasal blood capilaries.... like- extremely hot atmoshere/sinus infection/ excessive use of decongestants or nasal spray/high blood pressure/severe anemia are some of them. Home care consists of rest,cold pack to lessen blood flow or hemostatic drug like cvp capsule. You need to consult an ENT specialist for specific advise.. Thanks.
