Hi dear,

There are many causes of nosebleeds. A sudden or infrequent nosebleed is rarely serious, but if you have frequent nosebleeds, Then it needs medical attention . The common causes for nose bleed are trauma due to dry air , nose picking or forceful blowing of nose . Other reasons can be medicines used for thinning of blood and high blood pressure . As far gum bleeding is concern It also occur due to high blood pressure and blood thinners . Other reasons are poor oral hygiene and gum infection like gingivitis . I would suggest you to consult ENT specialist if nose bleeding occur frequently and dentists for oral prophylaxis . For not maintain proper oral hygiene and do warm saline rinses .

Hope your concern has been resolved.
