What Causes Sudden Onset Of Seizure, Muscles Jerking And Headache?

I had an episode yesterday . I was leaving home turned around and had some kind of seizure. All my muscles were jerking and I had to quickly sit down. It ended after a couple of minutes. Then I got a headache for a while. Never happened before. Any ideas? YYYY@YYYY
