What Causes Sudden Onset Of Shivering, Headache And Fainting?

I suddenly got really cold and shivering for no apparent reason. And then the back of my head started hurting and the back of my jaw. I then passed out for about an hour I think. And now it has been about 2 hours and I feel fine. What could have caused this?

I really appreciate your concern, such symptoms needs few investigations like CT of brain, and plasma glucose test, it may be due to some cerebral pathology or it may be due to hypoglycemia hope this information helps.
