What Causes Sudden Onset Of Swollen Fingers?
So a few days ago my finger started to swell up for no reason. Today though it got so bad I could hardly move it. Just recently what seems to be a vein can be seen maybe swelling as well from my finger down to my arm. any idea one what might have caused this?

◆It may be normal inflammation or Raynaud's disease or Buerger's disease or Injury for that you have to consult Physician.
◆Avoid exposure to cold.
◆Try to wear gloves while traveling on 2 wheeler.
◆Take healthy diet that is fruits salad etc. Avoid fried food,fast food and Gastric food.
◆Do yoga and meditation will help you.
