What Causes Sudden Pain And Heaviness In Breast?

I am a married woman and i got married last december. I am feeling heaviness in my breast and normally i get my periods on the 9th of every month. What could be the reason of this heaviness in the breast?? This is the first time i am feeling this heaviness and pain.

Pain and heaviness in the breast could be due to pre-menstrual symptoms.
It generally happens due to hormonal changes taking place in the body.
It generally occurs as side effect if you are on birth control pills or depo contraceptives.
In case there is delay in periods, kindly get your urine tested for pregnancy.
Otherwise, you should get your periods soon. Keep yourself well hydrated by consuming good quantity of fluids.
In case it is not tolerable, kindly seek medical attention from a Gynecologist.
