What Causes Sudden Pain In Arms And Chest With Light Headedness?

I was sitting down at my computer... then started to have pain in both arms and chest feeling a little light headed then got cold sweats... I have no medical so all I wanted to do is go home... I got home still feeling real bad... after I got home I thru-up a few times and then went and laided down and went to sleep. Next day I felt better...

Hi dear.Thanks for posting on HCM.
I were to suspect these symptoms due to cardiac problem which is commonly seen when there is reduced blood supply to your heart.I were to evaluate/screen by doing an ECG, 2D Echocardiogram to find out the heart function and activity.Suggest you to meet a physician or a cardiologist as without further delay.Hope this answers your query.
