What Causes Sudden Pain In-between The Shoulder Blades?
I have just awakened with a sudden harsh pain in between my shoulder blades and also simultaneously around the base of my sternum which made me immediately nauseated. Pain lasted about 15 minutes before easing off after taking an aspirin. Now those same areas just feel twitchy or fluttery feeling. I have heard about odd symptoms for women experiencing a heart attack. Could this potentially be those odd symptoms?

pregnancy test positive after 3 week in SERUM SAMPLE and 5 weeks after in URINE sample.
as in your case i suggest to go for SERUM hcg LEVEL for exact result of pregnancy test.
