What Causes Sudden Pain In Lower Right Abdomen?

Age 24, Female...sudden onset pain in lower right abdomen, slightly above hip. Pain is sharp and stabbing, but lasts all day and is achy. Pain is severe during sexual intercourse, fast movements, bending, and pain increases during urination - so much so that is nearly leaves me breathless. Urine was slightly cloudy and darker than normal, increased water intake and it has since gone pale. However, I am only peeing MAX twice/day...that is not normal for me. No fever. Extreme fatigue, some mild nausea, and some on/off back pain.

Thank you for posting your question.
From what you have listed , it looks like a urinary tract infection. I would suggest you to take plenty of water and tablet norfloxacin 400 mg twice a day for 5 days. You can post other questions.
I find this answer helpful
