What Causes Sudden Pain In The Abdomen Of A Child?
I have a 10 year old that for the last week has had sudden painful outbursts in her abdomen. They hit her out of the blue at random times and are so painful she doubles over and screams in agony. Nothing helps with the pain; heat, ice, etc. Not sure what to do.

Pain in the abdomen can be caused by many medical conditions.
Appendicitis can be one of the common causes.
I suggest doing an abdominal ultrasound for further evaluation.
