What Causes Sudden Pain In The Legs?
Hi, on Tues afternoon I had sudden leg aches and pains. Previous to this so had had a on and off headache for approx 2 weeks. I woke Wed morning unable to walk due to leg pain (ankles, calves, knees) and weakness. Also had general flu symptoms shivers and tiredness. I ve basically stayed in bed until today - I can now walk however still have aching and tenderness and now have bad pain in the heel of my foot. I ve assumed this is Flu? Any recommendations? Buy the way I m an active 41 year old male in otherwise good health. Many thanks. Alan

As a first line management, you can take analgesics like paracetamol or aceclofenac for pain relief.
