General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

May be it is a pleuritis pain. No worries don't think about cancer and all. If you have fever take antibiotics for 3 days and you will be okay.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Muniraju K G
