What Causes Sudden Pain In The Throat Occurring Intermittently In A Child?

my 13 year old son was at a jump park. He came down on his but at an awkward angle. Since then, he has a pain right under his throat. It felt like a ball went down his throat (one did not) And he did not eat anything beforehand. The pain happens whenever he moves his arms , or bend foward or bend backward.
