What Causes Sudden Pain In Upper Abdomen With Frequent Bowel Movements?
I have sudden upper stomach pains. I don t have a fever, diahhera and no vomiting. I m having several bowel movements which seems to ease the pain but the pain comes back whether I or not but no watery stool. do you think I have a stomach virus if not please advise.

I really appreciate your concern, such symptoms could be due to hyperacidity and it can be well managed with Tab Omeprazole 40 mg once and Dicyclomine it may be non specific it is related with age and gender hope this information helps.
