What Causes Sudden Pain In Upper Stomach And Severe Headache?
Four days ago my wife suddenly got stomach pains (upper abdomen). Over the next three days the pain came and went. For the past 24 hours she has had a combination of stomach pain and a bad headache. Some queasiness and loss of appetite but no vomiting or diareah (sp). Not sure if it is some strange flu. thank you, sm

Sorry about that regarding your wife symptoms of upper abdominal pain and headache weakness anorexia I am suggesting the following differential diagnosis
Peptic ulcer disease
Psychogenic stress ulcer
Anorexia nervosa
SLE
In view of this please let her do the following test
Complete blood count
Endoscopy
ESR
ANA TEST
Meanwhile please see a physician with the result and for further clinical assessment and adequate drug
At the moment let her take the following
Antacids
Analgesic
