What Causes Sudden Pain Radiating From Chest To Back Area?

Hi i m a 50 yr old women and take 40 ml of Nadolol once a day. Tonight while sitting at the table i had a sudden squeezing pain that ran from the front of the chest to the back. It was all around the chest area to the upper stomach area. It lasted about 15 minutes. I had to go take my bra off because it hurt worse to wear it. This is the second time in about 2 weeks that this has happened. Any idea what this could be? It does eventually go away.. Thank You
