What Causes Sudden Painful And Sore Blotches On The Thighs?

Hi, I have developed sudden red blotches on my upper thigh. One is large and the others small. They itch and painful. Started two days ago. Noticed them when I got up in the morning. Never had anything like this before. What could it be? Thank you. Eveline

Maybe some insect bite.
Causes itching and red rashes.
Apply Betnovate C ointment for external use, it will take care of fungal or any allergy lesion.
