What Causes Sudden Palpitations Along With Shortness Of Vision?

This is a long shot but here goes. I m a 28 year old female who has been suffering with an undiagnosed mental disorder since I was 14 years old. I can have a perfectly normal day and all of a sudden my heart will start racing, feeling short of breath and after 2 minutes or so I start seeing sparks and lose Vision of my surroundings. My hearing gets replaced with ringing and I am confused. I can t hear my self talk although I know in my head I want everything to stop. I scream but usually don t remember or can t hear it.....My body is tingling and I pass out into a deep sleep for about 10 minutes. I wake up with an extreme migraine and exhaustion. From beginning to end it last about 1t minutes but I feel as tho it s hours. I have had CT scans, MRI, EEG, and ECG, multiple times over the years and no abnormal activity noticed. I was told I had a small cyst in my brain but it was inactive and was not a concern. I have been through multiple medications for epilepsy, anxiety, and seizures but non have worked over the years. I have these episodes about once every 2 months. Although i can tell when it is coming, i dont have much control over the issue.
