Hi,Welcome to healthcare magic. After going through your query I think your You are suffering from acute backache. Treatment of it is rest and analgesics (diclofenac). Sometimes strong analgesic(such as ultracet three times a day after meals) is required.OMEPRAZOLE before meals prevent acidity caused by analgesics. However you can get his back x ray done to exclude bony injury.Avoid long continuous standing.Sit in a straight posture.Eat milk, fruits and green leafy vegetables daily. You need to done MRI TO RULE OUT other causes. You can discuss with your treating Doctor. I think your query answered.Welcome to any follow up query.
